— Right to Repair
These are the commitments Mambru Inc makes about repairing Veynor Solis. We are making them now, before the phone exists, so that you can hold us to them.
A phone you can't open is a phone you don't fully own. When a battery wears out or a screen cracks, the choice shouldn't be to pay whatever the maker asks, or to throw the whole thing away.
We are building Veynor Solis from the schematic up, so repair can be part of the design from the first drawing instead of something bolted on at the end. Do the work well, and do it for the long run.
Eight promises. Each one is written so you can tell whether we kept it.
Owners and independent repair shops get the same access we do. There is no "authorized repairers only" rule, and using a repair shop never voids your ownership.
Every repair step for every replaceable part, with clear diagrams, published on this site with no login and no fee.
The parts that wear out or break (battery, screen, charging parts, the board) will be sold to owners and shops at a published price, not only to us.
The parts most likely to need replacing come out with common tools. No proprietary screws and no special equipment to buy.
A new part works when you fit it. Software never blocks a genuine replacement, and a serial-number check will never switch off a part that works.
The battery sits in a tool-free removable tray, with no adhesive. Swapping it should take a minute, not a heat gun.
The board is modular. When a new revision arrives, you fit it and keep the shell you already have, for as long as we keep building.
How long we commit to selling parts and shipping software updates will be stated plainly on the product page before any order, not buried in fine print.
We have not built the phone yet. Veynor Solis is at Stage 03, the net-level schematic. No repairable hardware exists to put in your hands today, and no repair manual or parts store exists yet, because there is nothing to write them about. Here is what each promise depends on.

If a commitment on this page turns out to be one we can't keep, we will say so here, in public, with the reason. We will not quietly remove it.
